Jonathan J. Pena, MSW, LCSWA

Jonathan J. Pena, MSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA) with strong clinical skills within a dual diagnosis crisis stabilization setting. Jonathan has worked with diverse populations with various acute diagnoses and delivering patient-centered care through the utilization of evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and strength-based therapy. He has interned at the American Red Cross - Service to Armed Forces Division, as well as Holly Hill Hospital. Additionally, Jonathan interned for the ADAP Advocacy Association, where he conducted research on healthcare in Correctional Settings, and authored a policy paper, “Improving Access to Care Among Formerly Incarcerated Populations with HIV/AIDS under the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP): Model Policy for Ryan White/ADAPs Serving Former Inmates”. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree and Master Degree from the North Carolina State University.
